Grafox

The Leibniz ScienceCampus Growth and Fundamentals of Oxides (GraFOx) for electronic applications combines excellent individual activities and competences on oxides in five partner institutions located in Berlin.

FBH participates in GraFOx in the context of the development of process modules for lateral and vertical gallium oxide based high voltage switching transistors. The competences of the partners in combination with new processing techniques lead to an efficient further development of the devices and to innovative pozess concepts.
