Digital PA Lab

In the Digital PA Lab, we develop novel digital modulation schemes and amplifier topologies optimized for operation as power amplifier ICs and modules for the microwave range. We use both GaN-HEMT and InP-DHBT technology for this purpose. The developments aim at digital transmitters for the future generations of mobile communications (5G and 6G).
