High-Brilliance Diode Lasers

We develop diode lasers with high spectral brilliance that deliver high output powers up to 10 W with excellent beam quality while maintaining high efficiency and reliability. These light sources also offer a narrow spectral linewidth of only a few picometers.

Our research is aimed at continuously improving these parameters and optimally meeting application-specific requirements. To this end, we develop customized grating-stabilized tapered lasers and monolithic MOPAs using our established surface grating technology.
