TOTAL E-QUALITY award for equal opportunities bestowed for the sixth time

FBH has been granted the TOTAL E-QUALITY award for its equal opportunities-oriented human resources and organizational policy.

The TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V. association recognizes the institute's commitment to a fair professional environment. Despite a decline in the number of applicants, the proportion of female specialists and managers at FBH has increased across all levels during the evaluation period. Notably, the share of women in leadership positions has risen significantly.
